What this is
The Other Side is a Black culture platform built around music, artists and the real stories of community. Community Impact Weekend brings that platform to Charlotte through two distinct experiences: a filmed production day capturing artist conversations, performances, community stories and select partner integrations, followed by a free public Community Impact Day + live concert for 1,500 attendees.
The public experience combines nationally recognized music talent with food insecurity relief, economic-relief giveaways, mental wellness resources and community connection — all at no cost to attend.
Why it's free
Because culture shouldn't cost a family their grocery money.
